Some of you were interested in the wonderful ice cream that my friend, Anita, made over the July 4th holiday. Here it is and it is just wonderful. ENJOY!!!
Anita’s Raspberry/Blackberry Ice Cream
Fits a 1 Gallon Freezer
4 cups sugar
6 eggs
2 Tablespoons vanilla
4 Junkets
(Dissolved with 1 Tablespoon warm water)
3 Cups Berry Juice
Whipping Cream & Half & Half
(In equal mixtures to fill the container)
This is an absolutely wonderful ice cream.
The berries can be strained through a colander.
Anita is a lifelong friend of mine and was my roommate in college.
